Shipping Fees
We have set the same shipping fee for users in all countries worldwide. The shipping fee for SSA levers is 800 yen, and for D3A levers, it is 1000 yen, applicable uniformly across all countries. Orders of 20000 yen or more qualify for free shipping. We use international parcel services for shipping, with the origin being Saitama City, Japan, or Guangdong Province, China.
Processing Time Until Dispatch
We will dispatch your order within 5 business days. Please note that during prolonged holidays in Japan or China, dispatch may not be possible. If you require urgent shipping, please contact us at [shanqikimi @gmail.com] before making payment.
Countries Eligible for Shipping
For the time being, we only ship to various European countries, North America, and G7 member countries to ensure stable supply. Customers wishing to purchase from countries not listed above are requested to contact us at [shanqikimi @gmail.com] in advance. However, we do not sell or ship to countries or regions with political instability such as war or civil unrest.
Possibility of Shipping Delays
There may be delays in delivery due to natural disasters, political unrest, etc. We are not liable for delays in product delivery due to force majeure. In the event of loss or other issues during shipping, we will promptly address them.
